Shipping policy
Delivery Information
All orders are despatched as quickly as possible, in the order they are received. Generally this will be within 2 working days but we will always endeavour to despatch all orders on the next working day.
We currently only send orders to addresses in mainland UK.
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail, except free local delivery, though we will be looking to increase these options for you in the future.
Free local delivery is only available to the places/postcodes listed below. Once we have processed your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
Orders Despatched
Standard 2nd class delivery is 2-3 days from despatch so please allow 3-5 working days for your order to reach you.
For a quicker service we offer 1st class delivery which is 1-2 days from despatch; therefore, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to reach you.
- Delivery is free for: 2nd Class on all orders over £30; 1st Class on all orders over £50
- For orders under the free delivery threshold, delivery is calculated according to the weight of the items in your basket and will be shown at checkout.
Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery to all of the places listed here, also with no minimum order value:
- All CW2 postcodes
- All CW5 postcodes
- All CW7 postcodes
We will contact you once we have received your order to arrange delivery.
Free Click and Collect
We offer free click and collect from our store at 42 Beam Street, Nantwich, CW5 5LJ.
We will contact you once we have received your order to advise goods are ready to collect.
Urgent Orders
If you require your order urgently, please contact us as soon as you have placed your order quoting your order number and we will do whatever we can to assist.
