 Returns and Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your goods but, if you are not happy for any reason, we are happy to offer a refund on goods returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to return your goods, then please contact us in the first instance so that we may deal with any queries you may have beforehand. 

We will not unreasonably refuse any return but do ask that you contact us first so we can expect your return. Once we receive your returned item(s) and have assessed them we will process your refund within 14 days.

All costs for returned items are at the buyers cost and this will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be to the value of goods returned to us and will not include any postage costs - either for the initial order or the return.

 

Tips for returning your items:

• Contact us to advise us of your wish to return goods.
• Include your contact details and your order number or a copy of your order with your returned goods.
• Package the contents carefully and sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
• Clearly label your parcel.
• Retain proof of posting - goods remain your property until we receive them.
