How to use Candles
- First burn: Light the candle until the melt pool reaches the glass edge to avoid tunnelling.
- Burn time: Limit burns to 3–4 hours at a time to maintain fragrance and wick performance.
- Wick care: Trim the wick to 4–6 mm before each lighting to prevent smoking and uneven burning.
- Placement: Burn on a heatproof, level surface away from drafts, pets and children.
- Extinguishing: Use a snuffer or gently dip the wick into the melt pool and straighten it; avoid blowing to reduce soot.
- Storage: Store upright in a cool, dark place to preserve fragrance strength.

How to use Reed Diffusers
- Placement: Put your diffuser on a stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat and high-traffic areas.
- Reed selection: Use the number of reeds recommended; flip reeds every 7–10 days for a fragrance boost.
- Spill safety: Keep out of reach of children and pets; clean spills immediately as oil may stain surfaces.
- Intensity control: Fewer reeds reduce scent; more reeds increase it—adjust to suit the room size.
- Refill advice: Replace or refill when scent fades; dispose of used reeds responsibly.

How to use Wax Melts
- Melter choice: Use an electric or tealight wax melter designed for wax melts.
- Portioning: Add one or two cubes depending on melter size and room size.
- Burn cycles: Allow the full melt pool each session, then turn off after 3–4 hours.
- Wickless safety: Never add water; do not move the melter while wax is liquid.
- Cleaning: Let wax cool and solidify, then remove with a non-abrasive tool or warm with the melter off and wipe clean.
- Storage: Keep melts in their sealed packaging away from heat and sunlight.
